We do not hold and do not record your bank details. All transactions are secure and carried out via our partners La Caisse D'Epargne & Stripe. Entering your bank details is done directly on the banks payment page.
Your communications data (calls and purchases) are kept for historical tracking and billing of your calls.
How are the data stored?
We do not hold your bank details at any time and are therefore not kept.
We keep your communication data on our infrastructures in a highly secure manner.
How long are the data kept?
You have access to the history of your calls and purchases prior to 6 months maximum, beyond that the information is permanently deleted from our infrastructure.
How to delete the data?
Your communication data will be automatically and permanently deleted after 6 months.
